Biblyx is a personal reading and language-learning assistant that helps you read books, translate words/sentences, and learn languages. The app is developed and operated by an independent developer based in Azerbaijan.
Biblyx is only a software tool for reading and translating your own personal content. Biblyx does not provide, create, recommend, store on its own servers, or share any imported content with third parties — files you import stay only on your device.
Biblyx has no technical means to verify, and does not verify, the ownership status, source, or your legal right to possess or use any specific file you import. You are solely and fully responsible for the legality, ownership, and copyright compliance of any files or content you import into the app.
You agree to indemnify and hold Biblyx and its developer harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense arising from content you import, and to reimburse them for any reasonable costs incurred in connection with such claims.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any copyright, license to use, or ownership right in any content you import, and nothing herein shall be construed to do so.
The AI translation feature processes only the short word/sentence/paragraph excerpt you select — the full text of the original material is never sent. It operates via artificial intelligence (OpenAI) and has a daily usage limit (reset every 24 hours). Once the free limit is reached, Biblyx may offer a Premium upgrade for additional translations.
AI-generated translations may contain errors and inaccuracies. These translations should not be relied upon as a basis for legal, medical, financial, or other critical decisions.
You may use the app without creating an account (anonymously) or with an email/Google account. You may delete your account at any time from the Account screen — this action cannot be undone.
We may suspend or delete, without notice, the account of any user who violates these Terms or abuses the service (including artificial quota manipulation).
If you are a resident of a European Union member state and acting as a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted to you under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. This section does not limit the rights referenced in Section 6.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without prejudice to the rights referenced in Section 6.

Biblyx tətbiqini yükləməklə və istifadə etməklə bu İstifadə Şərtlərini qəbul etmiş olursunuz.
Biblyx — kitab oxumağı, söz/cümlə tərcüməsini və dil öyrənməyi asanlaşdıran şəxsi oxu və dil öyrənmə köməkçisidir. Tətbiq Azərbaycanda fəaliyyət göstərən müstəqil developer tərəfindən hazırlanıb və idarə olunur.
Biblyx yalnız istifadəçinin öz şəxsi materiallarını oxumaq və tərcümə etmək üçün proqram vasitəsidir (alətdir). Biblyx özü heç bir məzmun təqdim etmir, öz serverlərində saxlamır və üçüncü şəxslərlə paylaşmır — idxal etdiyiniz fayllar yalnız sizin cihazınızda qalır.
Biblyx heç bir texniki üsulla istifadəçinin idxal etdiyi konkret faylın mülkiyyət statusunu, mənbəyini və ya lazımi icazəyə malik olub-olmadığını yoxlamır və yoxlaya bilməz. Qanuniliyə, mülkiyyətə və müəllif hüquqlarına uyğunluğa görə tam məsuliyyəti özünüz daşıyırsınız.
İstifadəçi qəbul edir ki, idxal etdiyi məzmunla bağlı üçüncü şəxslər tərəfindən irəli sürülə biləcək istənilən iddia, tələb, zərər və ya xərclərə görə Biblyx-i və onun developerini məsuliyyətdən azad edəcək, habelə bu cür iddialarla əlaqədar yarana biləcək əsaslandırılmış xərcləri qarşılayacaq (indemnifikasiya).
Bu Şərtlərin heç bir müddəası istifadəçiyə idxal etdiyi məzmun üzərində müəllif hüququ, istifadə lisenziyası və ya mülkiyyət hüququ vermir və bu cür şərh edilə bilməz.
AI tərcümə funksiyası yalnız seçdiyiniz qısa fraqmenti emal edir — materialın tam mətni heç vaxt göndərilmir. Gündəlik limit var (24 saatda sıfırlanır). Pulsuz limit aşıldıqda Biblyx sizə əlavə tərcümə üçün Premium seçimini təklif edə bilər.
Süni intellekt tərcümələri səhv ehtiva edə bilər və hüquqi, tibbi, maliyyə qərarları üçün əsas kimi istifadə edilməməlidir.
Hesabınızı istənilən vaxt silə bilərsiniz — bu geri qaytarılmazdır. Şərtləri pozan istifadəçilərin hesabını Biblyx bildiriş vermədən dayandıra bilər.
AB sakini istehlakçısınızsa, bu şərtlər öz ölkənizin məcburi istehlakçı hüquqlarını məhdudlaşdırmır.
Tətbiq "olduğu kimi" təqdim olunur, heç bir zəmanət verilmir.
Qanunun icazə verdiyi maksimum dərəcədə, Biblyx dolayı zərərə görə məsuliyyət daşımır.
Bu şərtlər zaman-zaman yenilənə bilər.
